REFUND, RETURN & PRE ORDER POLICIES
At coincollector store, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your items.
Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Packaging: Please ensure that all original packaging, including any tags, labels, or protective materials, are intact when returning your item.
- Exclusions: Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return your item within the 14-day window. Please note:
- A store credit will be issued to the value of the returned item/s. Credit will be given in the form of a discount code to use on your next shop (not including shipping)
- Please note: No refunds will be given
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your item reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- If the product is found to be damaged upon return back to us, we cannot be held responsible for this and a store credit will not be supplied.
Faulty Items:
We take great care to ensure our products meet the highest standards. However, if you receive a faulty item, we’re here to help:
- Contact us as soon as possible with details of the fault, along with any supporting photos via email at eric@ywcoincollector.com
- If your replacement request is accepted, it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping cost to return the product to us.
- To ensure a safe delivery, we recommend using the same packaging materials and a ‘tracked’ postal service, so you have proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
- If the product is found to be damaged upon return back to us, we cannot be held responsible for this and a replacement will not be supplied.
- Once we receive your product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
- A product replacement or store credit will be issued only if we deem the product to be faulty upon inspection at our discretion.
Damaged Items:
We take great care to ensure our products meet the highest standards. However, if you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damage, along with any supporting photos via email at eric@ywcoincollector.com
- We will notify you if your replacement request is accepted.
- If accepted, an exact replacement of the damaged product/s will be dispatched as soon as possible.
- If express shipping was paid originally, the replacement product will be sent via standard shipping only.
- Please note: The damaged item/s will only be replaced if “Shipping Protection” was originally purchased at checkout. In the event that you do not add shipping protection to your order, we are no longer liable for your parcel.
Order Cancellations:
- Cancellations of orders are not accepted.
